Deviled Ham

I didn’t really measure when I made this so use your own preferences and adjust as needed.

1/2 lb Finely Chopped Ham
6 Chopped Scallions, green part only
1-2 tsp Spicy Brown Mustard
2-3 dashes Worcestershire
4-6 dashes Tabasco
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Taste and adjust flavors as preferred. Once you like the taste add just enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients together.

Serve on toast points, in celery sticks, in boiled eggs, or on bread for sandwiches.
