Chicken, Apple & Walnut Salad (38)

Baby Greens with Grilled Chicken, Gala Apples, Feta Cheese, Red Grapes, Dried Cranberries, Walnuts, Blue Cheese Dressing.

Saturday is typically a very busy workday with much time spent driving to different locations to check on activities. A day on the road requires something I can eat either while driving or during a quick stop. Nothing that needs warming but definitely plenty of protein and healthy, delicious flavors

Today’s lunch is a salad of baby greens, chicken breast, feta, and some sweetness with apples, grapes, and dried cranberries. A small container of blue cheese dressing which balances nicely with the sweetness of the fruit and a toss of walnuts for added crunch finish out this Ideal Meal.
