Beef & Broccoli (34)

Bottom Tier: Sirloin Strips & Broccoli over Steamed Rice. Top Tier: Clementine, Crackers, Brie Wedge, Heart Cookie, & Cinnamon Bear

I did really well yesterday with drinking plenty of water and maintaining my high protein, low-fat menu.

Today’s bento includes more steamed rice. This time, with steamed brocolli and sirloin strips. I have also added extra protein with a wedge of Brie to go with the cute butterfly and flower crackers. A little valentine cookie, a clementine and cute cinnamon bear finish off this Ideal Meal.

Today is my bloodwork so I’m sticking to water again to stay hydrated before and after. I’m not a big fan of plain water but with the addition of some Sugar-Free Torani it is actually pretty good. 😛
