Long Beans, Yaki Soba, Teriyaki Chicken, Meiji Almonds, Clementine, Crab Puff, Potstickers

I can’t believe I’ve been MIA for three days! It’s been a little crazy for me at work again so I’ve got to play catch-up. 🙂

Let’s go back to the beginning of the week when I had no clue it was going to be chaotic…

Ah yes, a lovely asian lunch. I am totally addicted to long beans!!! Cook these in the wok with some garlic, shallot, and Srirachi sauce. SO GOOD!!!! You must try them. Don’t be alarmed when you go to the market and see the 18-inch beans. They cut quite nicely into more manageable lengths and really take on the flavor of any asian sauce well.

I did manage to add a few other things to the box to round out this lunch. A little teriyaki chicken & yaki soba, a couple of potstickers, a crab puff (great make and freeze items for quick bento prep), a clementine and a few Meiji Almonds.

All went into the laptop lunchbox and along with another Diet Rootbeer, a naval orange, and a Yoplait Delight made this Ideal Meal.
