Top Tier: Apples, Brie Wedge, Salsa. Bottom Tier: Red Chile Pork Tamale, Green Olive, Sour Cream, Black Beans, Brown & Wild Rice.


I had a fourteen hour workday Monday and didn’t manage more than a quick egg for dinner before passing out. Frozen home-made tamale, canned black beans, and Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice make this a quick and easy bento to prepare before heading out the door.

Everything went into the Natural Lunch Time green two-tier bento. Tossed the box into the Butterfly Raya lunch bag along with a Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi, orange, napkin, and fork. What a quick way to pack today’s Ideal Meal.
